Score an HVAC data pilot against rules you set before delivery.
A consistent scorecard turns a subjective spot check into a reproducible decision. Set the sample method, definitions, thresholds, evidence rules, and remedy in writing before anyone reviews a row.
The random or otherwise reproducible sample method
The evidence sources and observation date
Rules for uncertain, conflicting, and unavailable evidence
Set numeric decisions
Minimum HVAC-relevance rate
Minimum operating-status pass rate
Maximum duplicate rate under an agreed key
Minimum completion rate for each required field
The remedy or credit if an agreed threshold is missed
02 · Score consistently
One row in the scorecard represents one reviewed sample row.
Identification and evidence
sample_row_id
A non-sensitive evaluation ID, not a person's identifier
checked_on_utc
The evidence observation date and time
evidence_source
The agreed public or buyer-authorized evidence reference
reviewer_notes
A short reason for uncertain or failed classifications
Evaluation outcomes
business_identity_match
Pass, fail, or uncertain under the identity rule

Pass, fail, or uncertain under the HVAC rule
operating_status

required_fields_complete
Pass or fail against the agreed required fields
Use controlled values and preserve uncertainty; do not silently convert an unavailable source into a failure or a pass. Keep personal details and sensitive information out of the scorecard.
03 · Calculate the decision
Report the denominator with every rate.
Minimum decision record
Segment and query identifier
Delivered rows and sampled rows
Sampling method and random seed when applicable
Pass, fail, uncertain, and unreviewed counts per test
Rate formula and treatment of uncertain rows
Threshold comparison and agreed next action
Interpretation rule
A pilot score describes only the agreed sample, definitions, evidence, and observation window. It does not establish consent, intent, deliverability, contact permission, or performance for another segment or date.
